The Braefield neighborhood is located in North East Raleigh about 25 minutes from downtown Raleigh. A lot of residents in this area enjoy the convenience of being close to Wake Forest where they can be downtown in about 15 minutes and not battle as much traffic. Triangle Towne Center is close by as well providing lots of shopping and restaurant choices.
Braefield is a smaller neighborhood without amenities like a pool or clubhouse which is a cost saver for those that don't bother to use them. Homes here average around $200,000 and feature roughly 1,800 to 2,200 square. The Braefield neighborhood was built in 2003 and they were done building around 2005.
