Considering homes for sale in Wake Forest?

Wake Forest is a small town, but has big town amenities, plus a reasonable commute to RTP and downtown Raleigh thanks to US 1, Hwy 98, and 540. There’s a newly revitalized downtown with restaurants, specialty shops, and galleries where you hear music in the streets and sip wine at the Second Friday Art After Hours the second Friday of the month. Walk your dog or jog the 117 acres of E. Carroll Joyner Park or enjoy easy access to Falls Lake.

Wake Forest boasts a high quality of living for residents. You may also notice how many trees this town has! For the past 30 years Wake Forest has been designated as Tree City USA, by the Wake Forest NC Urban Forestry Board as the result of cooperation among the many volunteers and groups that work side by side with the Board. The Town of Wake Forest has a strong Historic Preservation Committee that partners with the home or business owner to keep historic properties current. While the pace may be different, residents can still enjoy convenient shopping destinations, restaurants, professional services, health centers, dance studios and recreational facilities within the town limits.

The new homebuyer has a lot to choose from in Wake Forest no matter what their budget: townhomes, large lots on golf courses, or smaller homes adjoining walking trails, community club houses and swimming pools.
